I’ve already signed the contract and paid a deposit. What’s happening with my project? If you have a project already scheduled… and it’s not an emergency… then in keeping in compliance with current guidance from the governing officials, we are likely postponing your project until the Stay-At-Home restrictions are lifted. Our office staff is contacting each client this applies to. We do have a few contracts for commercial properties and rentals where we could send one technician into an empty building, and we are in communication with the powers-that-be about ways we can work smart and safe, and still take care of our customers.

As I said in the beginning, the rules, and the guidance are changing daily. We want to do everything we can to protect the health of our neighbors and our team, while still providing the emergency problem-solving services you count on us for. We are working diligently to stay abreast of the latest information from the white-house press conferences, from Harrisburg and from the various local and federal health departments.

What about the Deposit I Paid for my project? Rest assured that any deposit money you have paid, is held in a dedicated bank account, specifically set up for holding deposits on signed contracts. It has been our practice since our inception in 2011, not to touch your money paid into that account until such time as we either order and pay for the materials for your job, or we begin the first day of work on your project. This “deposits account” is separate from our operating checking account and money is only transferred when specific triggering events occur.

I lost my job… we can’t afford to complete our contracted project. What do I do? If you have a scheduled project, and you are feeling a financial hardship coming, because, like many families, your job has been put in jeopardy by this situation, please reach out to our staff. Our team will work with you to be flexible on our cancellation policy, save for any special order materials that have been purchased for your project and are not returnable.
