Step 11: Scheduling Policies and Practices at Cope Construction and Renovation

Once the Design is finalized, and the material selections are made, the next questions we are frequently asked revolve around topic of scheduling.   This video will explain our scheduling practices and policies.


 
Frequently Asked Questions : 

Q: How soon can we get on the schedule?

A: How soon can you finalize your selections and design decisions, sign the contract and send in your deposit?

Q: How far out are you booked? 
A: Typically 8 to 16 weeks on most projects, but this is seasonal.

Q: Can we get started next week?
A: If its a small job or a bonified emergency, possibly.
A: If its a big job, probably not.

Q: Can you do the work while we are on vacation?
A: Yes

Q: Can you wait until after our vacation to do the work? 
A: Yes, but you may have to wait until after we finish whatever job we bump up into your spot on the waiting list.

Q: I know its been a month since you sent me this contract.  I'm sorry I haven't sent it back.  Is that state date on page one still valid?
A: No, probably not.
 
Q: What do I need to do to get ready for the work to be done?
A: We'll cover general suggestions next, in step 12, and your contract will contain any details specific to your project. .
